To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • For outwear, unwashed and unworn tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Customised items

Products that have been personalised with initials are non-refundable, these cannot be refunded, exchanged or credited

International returns & exchanges

For International returns & exchanges ensure you specify this is a customer return. Otherwise Duty and VAT charges will be raised and your item will be returned to you undelivered.

We’ll refund the price you paid for the item(s), but delivery charges or any duties and taxes won’t be refunded. Please note that cost of returns is incurred by the buyer.

 

 

Are there any charges for return?

  • We partner with Collect+ for returns in the UK
  • Returns are charged at a minimum charge of £2.50 per return of up to 10KGs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • The buyer is are responsible for the charges of the return shipping for exchanges or refunds.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
