Refund Policy - Refunds and Exchanges
In addition to your statutory rights we have a “Good Will Returns Policy”. Our Good Will Returns Policy means that if you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt of your order for a full refund to the original payment method used (excluding any shipping costs.). You must ensure the products are returned by our Returns centre within 30 days otherwise your refund may be refused.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your Order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt please complete the returns and exchange form provided with your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Any items returned for refund or exchange must be in original/fully resalable condition and any labels intact.
Please note buyer is responsible for return shipping of the item(s) worldwide.
For your own protection, please send the item back using a signed for delivery service.
We offer free shipping for exchange items in the UK.
Once the returned item has been received, we will send your replacement of choice.
Europe and international exchanges are subject to a shipping charge.

International exchange shipping costs £29.99
Buyers will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
International returns & exchanges
For International returns & exchanges ensure you specify this is a customer return. Otherwise Duty and VAT charges will be raised and your item will be returned to you undelivered.
We’ll refund the price you paid for the item(s), but delivery charges or any duties and taxes won’t be refunded. Please note that cost of returns is incurred by the buyer.
